My Long Vacation

I am at home from the beginning of this week, because I twisted my left foot. So, I went to my Family Doctor, and he gave me a sick leave to stay home more. In the beginning, my left foot was hurting me, but after some days, the right foot hurt me, too.because when I cook, wash or pray, I must stand on the other one. That`s why it was mandatory to stay home for a week. I feel a little bit better, but when I went shopping   yesterday, I felt tired. I don`t know why. I am worry and afraid to continue for a long time, especially, I knew that, I was promoted to level six, so I am exiting to go my new class. But the real problem I have no car, so I have to walk to ride on a bus about 900 m, because my home is away from any near transportation.
I forgot to mention the other worse problem I am facing nowadays. The elevator problem which our new company is loading new elevators, and every morning, I wait on foot about 20 minutes, and I am lucky if it comes. Therefore, the week before last week, I had to go downstairs, and I live in the 18th floor, so I am not sure I`ll continue in this situation or what will happen next days?

Last Hardiest Thursday

Last Thursday, I went to the Family Doctor because on Tuesday, my foot was twisted.
the Doctor checked my foot and said, "You have to take a rest for a week." Therefore, last Thursday, I sent a message to Joseph, to tell him that I wouldn't come. The next day, my foot continued to hurt. Unfortunately,  I couldn`t go to IEP Conference on Friday, and I stayed at home. After three days of resting, my foot have become better, and I could come to ESL Class.

A trip to A Ballet Rehearsal

A trip to A Ballet Rehearsal
Last Tuesday, my daughters and I enjoyed so much when we we went to A Ballet Rehearsal.
The performance was fantastic and enjoyable. The actors and the actress were talented and performed amazingly.
The Rehearsal orchestra were accurate and very organized. In addition, the Maestro controlled the band like a harmony. Moreover, the Rehearsal team dressed up colorfully and classically.
Furthermore, the security were regulated, helpful, and cooperative.
I felt happy to watch the performance, it was the first time to us to go there.
I hope to get any chance to go there soon.
I wish all of you to watch the performance and to feel the Canadian lifestyle.

Relationship Problems In Immigrant Families

                                                    Relationship problems

I think every  immigrant family has some problems to face.
First of all, there are language and communication problems because most of them come from other countries, where  English isn`t spoken .
The financials problems are serious, and it's difficult to live without enough money
to have a home and furniture, to pay your utility bills and medicine, transportation costs and food, and for the rainy days.
Also there are job problems as an example, you can't work at good job without a certificate of qualification.
So, you have to study hard, and to pay a lot of fees to the suitable collage then, to work as volounteer to get Canadian experience, and no guarantee to work after that.
Every kind of work looking for youth, so if you were old, you would not find an opportunity to work here.
Different culture and tradition you confront in Canada, specially, with your children the rules are difference and it give the children the right to fight, oppose, and sew their parents, although there in no one love the children like their parents.
To leave your home country and to live here away from your family members, your own home, like a cutting branch, that will affect on yourself and more on your children.
I think, if I died suddenly, There is no one will take care of my children, maybe some friends will come to my funeral and then, the government will take care of them or to bring them to other parents.
I'm asking myself everyday, is this life I have planned to live and to put my children in.
I am asking my God," Do you want me to continue ?"
"Was that your plan for us?" or
"Didn't I feel and rebuke the grace which in my hands?"
If you know the answers just call me.

VALENTINE`S DAY {Feb,14}

                                                           VALENTINE`S DAY

I like Valentine`s Day, because  most people show and spread love to others.
I went today to conversation class, so I learned more about the Valentine`s Day.
I knew that one of its symboles is Cupid, and it was the Roman god of love, who was
represented by the picture of an angel with a bow and an arrow.
The story tells, if the arrow go through someone, he`ll fall in love with any one inthe front of him.
The Valentine`s Day named as a christian martyr priest called Valentine, which was beheaded for
his disobediant to the Roman Emperor`s law.
When Claudius the Second, the Roman Emperor had forbidden tha marriage between the solders, because he needed them to fight. The men liked to marry and stay home, but Valentine married them in secret. when the Emperor knew, he put Valentine in the jail, and the children send him gifts and messages through the bars. Then, the Emperor had excuted Valentine on February,14.
Here are some fun words to read and common to send in this occation:

                                                    To my Sugar Lunp,
                                                          Luv U 4-Ever.

Modern Diseases

1. AIDS  25 Million  deaths since 1981
(AIDS or Aids) is a collection of symptoms and infections resulting from the specific damage to the immune system caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) in humans, and similar viruses in other species.  Although treatments for AIDS and HIV exist to decelerate the virus’ progression, there is currently no known cure.  HIV,Aids  are transmitted through direct contact of a mucous membrane or the bloodstream with a bodily fluid containing HIV, such as blood, semen, vaginal fluid, preseminal fluid, and breast milk. This transmission can come in the form of anal, vaginal or oral sex, blood transfusion, contaminated hypodermic needles, exchange between mother and baby during pregnancy, childbirth, or breastfeeding, or other exposure to one of the above bodily fluids.

2. Influenza  36,000 Deaths per year
is an infectious disease of birds and mammals, common symptoms of influenza infection are fever, sore throat, muscle pains, severe headache, coughing, weakness and general discomfort. Influenza is a much more severe disease and is caused by a different type of virus. Influenza is transmitted from infected mammals through the air by coughs or sneezes, and by saliva.

3.DiabetesResearchers have spent decades looking for genes that cause diabetes, but there is increasing evidence that diabetes is really caused by viral infections. In particular, type I diabetes was assumed to be genetic, but there is a fairly large amount of evidence that it is caused by viruses such as as Coxsackie B4 and other which may be linked to vaccines. The incidence of type 1 diabetes is increasing throughout the world, which cannot be explained by genetics.

a Daily Routine

                                                              A Daily Routine

I wake up every day between 6:30 and 6:45 a.m. First, I go to the washroom to wash my face and brush my teeth.
Then, I prepare my children`s sandwiches. After that, I wake up my children, and help them to put on their uniform. Then, when they go to school, I drink a cup of tea and I get dressed to come to the ESL program. After I finish my class, I go home, but sometimes, I go shopping.
When I go home, I prepare our lunch. Next, my children finish their homework and I try to finish my chores, too. We  pray and go to sleep between 9:30 and 10:30 p.m. That was my daily routine from Monday to Friday, but I have a different schedule on Saturday. So I wake up between 9:30 and 10:00 am. ROYAL ONTARIO MUSEUM

                                                            ROYAL ONTARIO MUSEUM

Last Friday, my children and  I visited the ROM.
It was our first time there, and it was a big surprise for me to find such a wonderful place like that in Canada.
We visited the aboriginal and we enjoyed watching a funny movie with a group of children about the aboriginal lifestyle. Then, we visited the Chinese section, Dinosaures exhibits, which my children liked so much. After that we watched the Species section. It was like a normal jungle there. When we watched the various kinds of fish, we felt like we were in an aquarium.
Additionally, we visited the Egyptian Museum even though, the small exhibits they were perfectly displayed.
We took our lunch in the restaurant, and it was a good opportunity to rest our feet.
We visited the 3D movie about the dinoasaures story. Finally we had a quick tour of the clothes section. Actually, I had fun, but my children were very tired. So we should to go there more than one time .We should also bring vedio camera and more food.

How to Get a Library Card

How to Get a Library Card

To get a free card, all you have to do, is to come to the library and show some identification.
Then you can use the card right way.
To get the library card, you have to bring :
One piece of official identification, such as your immigration documents. You need to proof of your address, such as a bank statement, rental lease, drive licence or your telephon`s bill.
The librarian will prepare your card while you wait, so you can borrow things on your first visit.
This is important: the due date is the day you must return the things you borrow.
It is printed on the paper you get at checkout.
So come and enjoy your library, it is free.

Dear Samira,
I am writing now this letter to you  because you are coming in February.
Due to the cold winter I have to tell and warn you about the cautions that you must care
in driving through the freezing weather:
First, you`ll drive slowly approximately 20-40km/h.
Then, if you are going to stop or will press tobrake press early and smoothly because of the slippery road.
Next turn on the defroster anddefogger button because you want to keep the windshield clear to see well  .
After, clean and remove the snow from the top of your car because of the clear vision.
Finally, it would be better to turn on the cars engine before leaving to make sure that the car
will work properly.
